Diabetes mai kin cheezo ka dhyaan rakhna chaiye

madhumeh yani Diabetes bharat mein teji se mahamari ka roop leti ja rahee hai. is post mai hum apko  Diabetes mai kin cheezo ka dhyaan rakhna chaiye uske bare mai batane jaa rahe hai.

Diabetes(Sugar) mai kin cheezo ka dhyaan rakhna chaiye

Diabetes dheemi jahar ki tarah kaam karti hai. iski ek vajah yah bhi hai ki Jyadatar Diabetes

ke mareez ko pata hi nahin hota ki vah isaka shikaar ban chuke hain.

aur jaane anjane ve apne aahaar aur aadaton se khud ko hi aur nuksaan pahuchate rahate hain.

Diabetes ke baare mein pata na hone ke chalte isse hone vaale nuksano ko rokane ke

liye savadhaniya bhi nahi barati jati, ese ke chalate yah bhaynak roop le leta hai.

dil ke rogo ki badhatee sankhya ki ek badee vajah bhi Diabetes hi hai, kyonki donon ka

aapas mein seedha sambandh hai. aise mein niyamit janch karana bahut Jaruri hai, bhale

hi aap khud ko pooree tarah s‍vas‍th mahasoos k‍yon na karate hon. jaanie aakhir kaise

Diabetes hote hue bhi aap rakh sakate hain khud ko s‍vas‍th aur apne dil ko s‍vas‍th

Life style ka rakhe dh‍yaan

Jivan shaili yani aapaka Life style,  sahi hona behad Jaruri hai. Life style mein lagaataar hone vaale badalaav ya aniyamitataen Diabetes, motaapa aur Stress hone ka khatara badha dete hain.

aur yahi baaten choti umar mein bhi,  dil ki bimariyo ka khatara badha deti hain. ajkal ki life mein badhate Stress aur,  bhaagam-bhaag ki vajah se mareez ki taadaad , lagaatar badhatee ja rahee hai. isliye kaam

kitane hi Jaruri k‍yon na hon apnee sehat ko,  najar andaz na kare. Stress ko kam karen, niyamit exercise karen aur aahaar mein bhi Jaruri badalaav karen.

yah jaanana bhi Jaruri hai ki.  Diabetes ka karan k‍ya hai. atyadhik Stress, kam exercise,

khan-paan ka dh‍yaan na. rakhana aadi iski vajah ho sakatee hain. isaliye jaroor hai ki/ niyamit exercise kiya jae.

bhale hi sone se pahale thodee. der ke liye hi sahi, lekinexercise jaroor karen.

asvaasthyakar khaana khaane se bachen. khaane mein j‍yaada traansaphait.,

namak aur cheenee se parhej karen. agar aap Stress se mukti

paana chahte hain aur isake liye. sharaab ya dhumrpan ka saharalete. hain, to aisa na

karen. dhumrpan apki sehat ko aur kharaab karega.

insulin hai aham
insulin na banane ki vajah se blood mein maujood atyadhik Sugar( Diabetes) colestrol

ki shuruaat ka karan banatee hai. dheere-dheere colestrol blood dhamaniyon ko sakht

aur tang kar detee hai.

isase dil ki maansapeshiyon tak oxigen yukt blood nahin pahunch paata. aage chal

kar blood jamane se dhamaniyaan phat sakatee hain aur rakt ke thakke jam sakate

hain aur dhamaniyon ke pooree tarah se band hone ki vajah se dil ka daura padata hai.

sugar se peedit logo ko aam. logo ki tulana mein dil ke. rogo, dil ke daure aur

kardiomyopathie. ki sambhaavana do se chaar guna jyaada hoti hai. jitana jyaada

kisi vyakti ka. blad Sugar hoga utana hi haart ataik ka khatara jyaada hoga.

Diabetes se peedit logo ko thodee. jyaada saavadhaanee rakhni chiye aur apana.

inasulin aur dil ki daure ke. khatare ki janch karate rahana chiye.

sharerik gatividhiyon mein. shaamil hone se aapaka. raktachaap kam hoga, blad Sugar.

kam hogee aur vajan ghatega, Stress bhi kam hoga.
